St Simon Peter School holds a significant place in the lives of Catholic families living in Ocean Reef and the surrounding suburbs. St Simon Peter School opened in January 1988 in response to the demand from Catholic families in the fast-growing northern coastal suburbs. It began as a two stream co-educational parish primary school, catering for children from Pre-primary to Year 7. The school motto is “Love One Another"
